In 1948, Mr Miloud Chaabi acting as he did in his quality as an entrepreneur in the Real Estate sector, decided to endow his activity with more scope. He multiplied the creation as well as the acquisition of entities with the same sector, notably via the incremental acquisition of the company AFCA (Association Fancier et Commercial Africaine), a company that was created in 1946.
Within the framework of the endorsement given by the new Moroccan policy in the area of housing, CHAABI LIL ISKANE has launched out a vast housing programme of upwards of 50 000 houses of varied types, throughout several cities in the Kingdom, a programme whose completion is on the period spanning from the year 2000 to 2007.
The quality of the projects and their realisation has allowed CHAABI LIL ISKANE to win the Grand Prix which was granted by the Council of Arab Ministers of Housing and Urban Development in December 2004.
CHAABI LIL ISKANE has been certified ISO 9001 ever since the year 2005.
Besides, the company has attained its cruising speed, and is now opting for spreading out internationally. Driven by a voluntarist policy, CHAABI LIL ISKANE has started to transfer its know-how in the direction of developing countries, notably Equatorial Guinea, positioning itself therein in the newly emerging markets that offer a strong potential for development.
The first house CHAABI LIL ISKANE cost about 700$.
Capitalising on upwards of 60 years of experience, the Real Estate companies of the group developed around the label CHAABI LIL ISKANE. Today, Ynna Holding has completed the regrouping of the 45 Real Estate subsidiaries through the merger of these in one entity so-called CHAABI LIL ISKANE.
